HOW TO ORDER

1) Watch out for the item that you want! Some items sell out within minutes of going live, so make sure to know which items you are really interested in purchasing before 7pm.

 

2) Check out first with your complete delivery address and payment method. DO NOT transfer payment before getting to the end of check out, otherwise your order will not be counted.

 

3) Check the email you used in your order. If you have received the confirmation email, you may now proceed with transferring payment. Once done, submit your payment here. 

 

If you chose Cash on Delivery, you can skip this step.

 

4) Wait for the email informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once you receive the dispatch email, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. The whole process from order to delivery takes around 2-5 business days. 

 

5) Stay updated with the status of your order using the online tracker found on our website.
