During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Our primary shipping partners include our In-House Rider, GoGo Express, J&T Express, Grab Express, and Lalamove.

Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, your order may be delivered via standard shipping, express shipping, or other available options.


Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order, your chosen shipping method, and your delivery destination.

Here are the estimated delivery times for our standard shipping options:
